This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of DevToks and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited Activities
Illegal Activities
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Facilitate or promote illegal activities
- Violate export control or sanctions regulations
Harmful Content Generation
- Generate CSAM or content sexualizing minors
- Generate content promoting violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Generate malware, ransomware, or phishing content
Abuse and Fraud
- Use stolen or fraudulent payment methods
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free Credits
- Impersonate another person or entity
Technical Abuse
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or restrictions
- Conduct unauthorized security scanning or penetration testing
- Launch DoS/DDoS attacks
- Attempt to access other users' data or API keys
API Key Misuse
- Share, sell, or transfer API keys to unauthorized third parties
- Resell API access without written authorization
2. Enforcement
We enforce this policy through a graduated response: warning, temporary suspension, account termination, or law-enforcement referral depending on severity.
